Nice to meet you, Sophie. Well, truth be told, the rising cases are disheartening, though theres nothing we can do about it but keep ourselves healthy. Thats what Ive been focusing on lately. Ive also been encouraging my family and friends to do some physical activity. They might find it inconvenient since theyre not used to it, so I always remind them that any amount of effort counts. Hows it going there so far?
