As much as I adore them, all three of my adult children are driving me crazy with their daily reminders and admonishments.
Don't forget to take your medicine.
Did you call the doctor?
Have you eaten yet?
You're getting enough sleep aren't you, Ma?
Are you doing your exercises?
Did you check your blood sugar this morning?
Don't forget to drink enough water.
Are you feeling okay, Ma?
If it's not a phone call, I'm getting an email. If it's not an email, I'm getting a text message. If it's not text a message, they're at the door to visit and check on me. I suppose I'm lucky though. It's probably just payback for all the reminders and admonishments I've treated them to over the years.
